Bidbro Auctions Terms and Conditions of Service

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they affect your legal rights and obligations.
By using the Bidbro Auctions ('Bidbro'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional terms that may apply to specific sections or services on the site, or to products and services available through the site.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to participate in auctions. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities conducted through your account. In the event of any security breach or unauthorized access to your account, you must notify Bidbro immediately.
Referral bonuses are one-time rewards and will be credited to your referral wallet following verification.
Some items may be eligible for a 7-day return policy, as indicated by a return policy tag on the auction listing. Bidders must notify Bidbro within 7 days of receiving the item if they wish to return it, subject to our return procedure.
Bidbro strictly prohibits the sale of stolen, counterfeit, or illegally sourced goods. Auctioneers selling such items will face immediate suspension and be reported to the relevant authorities. Auctioneers are responsible for ensuring that all items listed comply with Nigerian laws.
If an asset does not match its description, bidders may raise a query during pickup. Bidbro will investigate within 48 hours and determine appropriate actions, which may include refunds or penalties. Auctioneers found responsible for fraudulent listings will face account suspension.
All content on Bidbro’s platform, including text, software, images, and design, is protected by intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Bidbro. Unauthorized use will result in suspension and possible legal action.
The use of bots, spiders, or any automated devices to participate in auctions is strictly prohibited. Any violations will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.
Accounts without a verified National Identification Number (NIN) have a lifetime withdrawal limit of ₦100,000. Withdrawal limits for verified accounts are subject to the policies set by Payment Service Providers in compliance with Nigerian financial regulations.
Bidbro reserves the right to modify or change these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified 30 days in advance of changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the notice period will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
All disputes must first be resolved internally. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to arbitration before proceeding to court. Arbitration will take place in Lagos, Nigeria.
Bidbro is indemnified from liabilities arising from changes in Nigerian laws or policies. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws. By using the platform, users agree to indemnify and hold Bidbro, its directors, shareholders, employees, agents, partners, subsidiaries, and affiliates harmless from any legal actions arising from the conduct of auctioneers or bidders, including but not limited to the legality or ownership of auctioned assets.
Bidbro will share necessary information between winning bidders and auctioneers to facilitate asset pickup. Only the required data will be shared, and solely for the purpose of completing transactions. Refer to our Privacy Policy. for detailed information on how we protect your personal data.
